The approach and outcome of Scott’s work is best explained as “Results Through Integration.” Scott understands the unique issues facing organizations and helps the leaders and teams plan their strategy for the future. Scott brings expertise in assessing organizations, developing strategic plans, working through change and conflict, and coaching individuals and teams how to obtain success with their plans. Scott focuses on both the right systems for organization effectiveness and people satisfaction with a great deal of concern to satisfy bottomline requirements.

Whether involved from the beginning of an organization assessment and business plan to helping to develop a new organizational culture or implement specific change projects, Scott looks at the total picture of the organization environment and ensures all elements of change are integrated so companies realize success. Scott is a lead consultant that coordinates and integrates all of the activities for change with the consultants that work with The Clemmer Group Clients.

Scott holds a degree in Psychology and Applied Studies from the University of Waterloo. He has over fourteen years of experience consulting to a wide variety of businesses. Scott has consulted to organizations in manufacturing, agriculture, property management, distribution and the service industry.
