Moose on the Table
Moose on the TableThe moose-on-the-table scenario is one that we run into very often within management teams. The problem is that conversations among the team aren't authentic. They don't deal with the real issues that are blocking progress. Some teams have a huge moose to deal with; others have a smaller moose.

Some teams have a whole moose family crowding them out. Do you have a moose on your meeting room table?

10-20 - Congratulations! You don\'t seem to have a moose problem. Get other members of your team to go to www.mooseonthetable.com and take this quiz to see if they agree with you.
21-25 -  It looks like there may be a few baby moose lingering in the halls. It's not time to panic. Follow Pete Leonard’s leadership example and you should be able to herd them into an elevator and send them on their way.
26-35 - It's getting crowded. Moose are starting to pop up all over the place. If you don't keep an eye on where you’re going, you may find yourself ankle deep in moose droppings.
36-40: It looks like your organization is becoming a perfect habitat for moose. If you don't start hunting them soon, you may find the place overrun before you know it!.
41-50: You have moose on the table, under the table, and snacking in the lunch room! It''s courageous leadership time.
